I'm Katherine Wilhelms, an osteopath by conviction. In my practice, I take the time a real diagnosis requires. I listen before I touch. I ask about your daily life, your history, your symptoms – and then I search with hands and experience for the causes, not just the symptoms. Osteopathy understands the body as a whole. A tense back sometimes tells the story of an old fall, a persistent headache can begin in the pelvis. Understanding and resolving these connections – that's what excites me about my work every day.
